Questions

Before you buy

Anything else? Email hello@orreryintelligence.com and we reply within one working day.

Does it cover tenders and frameworks?

Yes. The Local plans section sets out the council's fee decision, open tenders and frameworks with their dates, its budget, its CQC assessment and new care homes in the planning pipeline.

Can I use the figures in a bid?

Yes. You can quote figures, with a credit to Orrery Intelligence, in work your organisation submits. The report itself is licensed to your organisation and should not be passed on. Consultants preparing bids for clients should choose the adviser licence.

How do you know where beds will be short?

We compare beds for older people in each district with the projected population aged 85+, and test it against an age based need model and modern supply. Each method is explained in the report.

Is there a version for just one part of the market?

Yes. The care home, nursing home and home care reports are £195 + VAT each. The full report adds every district profile, the strategy page and our overall view.
