Can I quote the figures in a credit paper or valuation?

Yes, with the adviser licence. It lets everyone in your firm use figures and charts in client work, as long as Orrery Intelligence is credited. You may not publish or pass on the whole report.

Is the EBITDARM a real operator's result?

No. It is an indicative figure for a typical older people's home in the area, built from the council's own cost of care data and published national margins, shown as a range. Always check a home's management accounts.

Where do the figures come from?

Official sources such as CQC, ONS, DHSC, NHS England, Companies House and HM Land Registry, plus the council's own documents. Every page lists its sources by number and the full references are at the end of the report.

How current is it?

The Q4 2026 edition uses CQC data to 1 October 2026 and Companies House to 13 October 2026. Reports are refreshed every quarter.
